Steam boilers

The chemical cleaning of steam steam rooms is probably their most important and most critical maintenance work. This chemical cleansing consists mainly in the removal of scaling from the interior of their steam-hydroalloy using acids - usually HCL.

It is a job requiring specialization, special equipment and great experience since it poses a risk to both the equipment and the personnel performing it.

It is mandatory maintenance work especially when the quality of the boiler feedwater is not very good (high hardness).

It protects the boiler from perforations and cracks, while greatly increasing the efficiency of the boiler-burner system since, once executed, the heated surfaces of the boiler are relieved of the unfavorable salt leaks.

It is recommended to run it once a year, especially in boiler rooms where the effectiveness of softening the feedwater is doubtful.
